LOCAL, PATIENT SUPPORT
Golden Grove Tech Help is for people who want a calm, friendly person to explain things properly — without confusing technical talk.
Home visits are available across Golden Grove and Adelaide's north-east. Clear pricing is discussed before work begins.
Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm: $120 for the first hour
Additional time: $40 per 30 minutes thereafter
After-hours pricing
Monday to Friday, 6pm–8am: $180 per hour
Saturday & Sunday: $180 per hour
Public holidays: $180 per hour
Fixed workshop repair: $300
If the problem is likely to take too long to fix during your home visit, I may recommend taking your computer to my workshop instead.
The total labour cost is a fixed $300, including collection from your home and return delivery once it is ready. The usual $120 home-visit charge does not apply, and there is no extra labour charge regardless of how long the repair takes.
Any replacement parts, paid software or specialist data-recovery services are quoted separately and only purchased with your approval.
